đź’ˇ This page describes how to create a request for a graphic within the Notion database and how the review process goes. đź’ˇ Before submitting a new request, always check the existing graphics in the Album to see if there is one that can be used. You will be able to do this by searching for the key words.

Step 1. Get into Your Group's Album
- An album has been created for each subject. Take Chemistry for example, its album is located below the learning outcome and question databases.

Step 2. Create a New Request
- After you get into the album for your subject, click the "New" button on the top right corner.

- A new page would automatically pop up. Now you can start to fill in the title and properties related to this request.
- Detailed explanations are provided below:

- After filling in all the properties, you can provide a sketch and a description of your desired figure in the main content area. Instead of a description, you may include the text of the question that you anticipate will accompany the illustration. An example is provided below:

- Congratulations! A new request has been completed. Now you may close the Notion page and wait for Brinna to work on your request. it's the best to also alert Brina by email ([email protected]) and cc Sean ([email protected]), especially if your request is urgent.
Step 3. The Review Process
- After Brina has created a draft according to your description, she will set the status of the request to "Draft". Now you should open this request and review the graphic.

- Change the status to “Approved” if the graphic is all good. If the graphic is not quite what you need, you can set the status to “Revisions are Needed” and point out the issues in the Comments section. For example:

- Brina will make the changes accordingly and set the status to "Draft" again. Comments can go back and forth until the graphic get "Approved"
