🚨 PLEASE NOTE 🚨

Notion pages can be exported from directly within the Notion app as HTML, Markdown/CSV or PDF. A more in-depth description of these options is available in the video (link below). However, we've discovered that this Export function does not preserve the correct order of properties and so we are recommending a Print to PDF browser option for the most easily understood sharing option. This means Notion MUST BE OPEN IN A WEB BROWSER (preferably Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) for the typed instructions to be applicable.

How to Export a Notion Question to PDF

First, to open a question, you must select a Question Database from the main page. Then, to view a specific Question Page, click on the Open button in the Question Title box (circled in red below):

Make sure to view the Question in a full-width view by selecting Open as Page in the top left-hand corner (circled in red below):

Once the question is open, click on the menu button of the WEB BROWSER you are using (should be three dots or three bars in the top right-hand corner of your web browser) and select Print.... Do not use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P - this is another shortcut (for Search) within Notion and will not get what you want.

(Google Chrome shown below)

Once in the print window, select the "Destination" as Save to PDF (show in Google Chrome below):
