Each Learning Outcome database has two columns in it for its intended editors (circled in yellow below):

Comments from each editor (whose initials are in the column headings) may be entered on each line.

• One row corresponds to one Sub-Learning Outcome (SLO)
• Each comment by default will refer to the SLO of that row
• If comments are intended to be for a Learning Outcome (LO) or higher property, please indicate clearly within the comment

Comments can be made in any View (circled in red below) and they will still show in other Views:

Users may wish to sort by comments to see all the recent revisions. To do so, click on the desired column heading and choose "Sort ascending" (circled in blue below):
